What can YOU do to make this world a better place?

Yes, that’s the question isn’t it?
We here at Family Earth strongly believe that there are many factors to the answer for this question and we’re going to share the basics of our method with you.


• First: You have to start by taking care of yourself in a BALANCED way.

Find your inner voice and learn how to listen to it.
What’s important to you?
How can you work with your own well-being?
In what way can you get balance in your Life?

• Second: Look at your surroundings, your community, family and friends.

Find out how you can help them and how you can increase their wellbeing.
How are they doing?
Can they get better in touch with their well-being and Life?
In what way can they get in touch with balance in their Life?

Third: Pay attention to what you’re leaving behind after you.

Find your footprints.
What are the traces you leave after yourself?
Do you spread good vibes?
Do you put more energy into finding solutions or into focusing on problems?
How do you want to be remembered?

• Fourth: Be aware of your everyday choices.

Find your awareness and use it to look at Life.
What kind of Life are you supporting with your everyday choices?
Are you taking responsibility in and of your own Life?
Can you take a step out of your comfort zone?

Fifth: Start to act. And inspire others.

Find the strength, knowledge and heartfulness that lie within YOU and learn how to use these qualities.
In what way and where can you use your tools?
How can you keep your inner balance while focusing on the outer world?
What can you do to inspire others into getting in touch with Life?

What can YOU do to make this world a better place?

(When you work your way through these steps remember to include animals and nature as well as people.)

Challenge – Let’s get inspired and let’s inspire! 🙂

For animals. For nature. For you.

That’s the keywords for Family Earth. Why? Because we are all about the well-being of everyone. And now we want YOU to get involved! 🙂

We want to challenge you to kick start your year 2017 in the best way possible. By during the month of January giving some focus to the well-being of animals, nature, yourself, your close ones, your community. You name it, the sky is the limit and your imagination can take you far. As long as you do something everyday for 31 days, that’s the challenge. 😉

Share your experiences and thoughts here, on our Facebook page and by using #FamilyEarthChallenge on social media.

Together we can do so much!


Some examples of what you can do:

Spend some time in nature everyday instead of watching TV – Go for a walk, do yoga or just sit quietly breathing in the fresh air and listening to the trees breathing and the birds talking.

Help out at your local shelter – Give some love to the animals who so desperately need it. Ask the staff in what way you can help. Perhaps you can donate some food or toys or you can take a walk with a dog.

Don’t trash and even if it isn’t your trash, pick it up – When you go for a walk or when you’re running on errands in town clean up the trash you see.

Find your inner voice – What’s important to you? What do you want to give to this world? A common trait in most humans is that we wish to contribute in some way. We don’t want to just take we want to give. But in order to do so in a balanced way we need to connect with ourselves first. Take some time everyday to LISTEN to yourself. Listen to your body. Listen to your heart. Listen to your stomach, your hands, toes, legs, arms, throat, your back. And then listen to your head.

Dance – Find the joy in music! Listening to music and dancing, and we really mean DANCING, is a great source of joy. When you dance you’re actually working with whole of your existence and you are helping your body (re)connect with your energy. If you have Spotify you can check our playlist out and let the music talk to you.

Spend some time with your dear ones – Instead of isolating yourself and/or running around in the rat race make sure that you make time for the ones who are important to you.


Remember you do NOT have to do all of these things. Find the ones that speak to you or even better find your own ones and do that. This challenge is about well-being and about connecting with Life. Do that in your own way <3
